Humans.ai provides AI Human technology — autonomous AI entities with identity, memory, and accountability — for enterprise deployment. Our services include, but are not limited to:
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI Humans complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You must not use our services to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content, or to infringe upon the rights of third parties.
All content, technology, and intellectual property on our platforms — including AI models, code, designs, and documentation — are owned by Humans.ai or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services as permitted by these Terms.
Our AI Humans generate outputs based on their training and assigned tasks. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before relying on them for decisions.
Your use of our services is also governed by our GDPR and Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein. Please review our GDPR Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humans.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
